Celebrating Topsail Life! β™₯️

Gage and I are so happy to be living on Topsail Island again! We are also celebrating his 10th birthday (again) this weekend! πŸ˜β€οΈπŸŽ‚πŸŽπŸŽˆπŸŽ‰πŸ˜€

Pictures of the Aftermath of Hurricane Florence

So many people are rebuilding their lives on Topsail Island and the surrounding areas. While the devastation was not like Hurricane Katrina, it was enough to displace thousands of people and disrupt their lives. Sending love to all affected and keeping hope for brighter days ahead. β™₯️

Important Information for Returning to Topsail Island

Things to consider when coming back to Topsail Island. Yesterday I was told only residents, property owners, and repair technicians are allowed to come back with a pass and/or proper documentation. Curfew is at 7:00pm. You will not be allowed on the island after 7:00pm.

Be careful on the beaches. Lots of debris is on the beach and in the water, including fishing hooks, glass, etc.

You may want to get a cooler and some dairy/meat products prior to getting in the area. Meats and dairy are somewhat limited in the surrounding towns. IGA is not open.

Best wishes to all! Please feel free to contact me if my business services can help with anything. (Topsaillifellc.com) #topsaillife #veteranownedbusiness

Topsail Island Update

IMPORTANT UPDATE – The Town of Topsail Beach will be open to property owners and residents ONLY, tomorrow (Sept 20th) at 9:00am. The only access will be through the swing bridge in Surf City.

You MUST have a Re-Entry pass/sticker. Those who do not have a re-entry pass/sticker, must bring proof of residency or something that identifies you with your property (such as a utility bill. electric bill, tax bill, etc.) and your driver’s license matching the name on the bill. Long term renters must have proper documentation of residency. #topsaillife

Butterfly Survives Hurricane Florence πŸ¦‹β€οΈ

I saw this beautiful battered butterfly on Sunday. After I took a couple of photos, the butterfly fluttered away.

Just like this butterfly, Topsail Island withstood category 3 winds and flooding from Hurricane Florence.

Many residents, myself included, are eager to return to Topsail tomorrow. I hope we all find that our beloved island may have took a beating but it is still just as beautiful. #topsaillife #soulfulhealthyliving
